THE AGREEMENT ON SERVICES SUPPLY AND USE ON https://cloudconnect.vn

The Agreement is a legal agreement between FPT International Telecom Company Limited and users of services provided on https://cloudconnect.vn.

I. Terms of use

  • To access and use services, users must agree and comply with the Agreement.
  • By accessing FPT CLOUD CONNECT through any device, users comply with this Agreement.
  • Terms may be updated at any time; FPT will publish updates on the website.

II. Prohibited actions

Users must not:

  1. Collect information of other users through FPT CLOUD CONNECT.
  2. Use names or accounts that violate law or social norms.
  3. Advertise products through any unsolicited messages.
  4. Disrupt or damage server systems or legal access to information.
  5. Illegally use passwords, encryption keys, or private information.
  6. Copy, download, distribute, broadcast, or modify content without consent.
  7. Impersonate organizations or individuals and spread false information.
  8. Create illegal links or distribute malware and hacking tools.
  9. Attempt unauthorized access to FPT systems.

III. Limitation of liability

  1. FPT is not liable for force majeure damages but will try to minimize risks.
  2. Liability will not exceed the amount received from users for services.

IV. Disclaimer

Users agree to indemnify FPT and its affiliates against claims or damages arising from use of services or Agreement violations.

V. User rights and obligations

  1. Rights: request verification and secure confidentiality of user information.
  2. Obligations: comply with Agreement, safeguard account credentials, report unauthorized use, and follow legal regulations.

VI. FPT rights and responsibilities

  1. Rights: provide information upon government request and apply sanctions as per Agreement.
  2. Responsibilities: protect personal information, ensure user consent for sharing data, handle complaints for verified accounts.

VII. Information collection

  1. Personal identification includes name, residency country, email, and website.
  2. Non-personal identification includes IP address, browser type, visited pages, and cookies.

VIII. Security

We use safeguards to protect user information, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
