FPT International Telecom Company Limited is a company established under the laws of Vietnam, with its head office at Lot L.29B-31B-33B Tan Thuan Road, Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Tan Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as “FPT” or “we”).

ARTICLE 1. PURPOSES OF INFORMATION COLLECTION

We use information provided by Customers to:

• Provide goods/services to Customers.
• Communicate and send notices regarding service delivery and usage activities between FPT and Customers.
• Coordinate compliance with applicable laws and competent government authorities.
• Other purposes consistent with FPT’s business and operational activities.

ARTICLE 2. SCOPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION

• Information mainly collected on cloudconnect.vn includes: email, phone number, username, login password, address, and identification information of Customers using goods/services. This is required information that FPT needs when Customers register to use services and for FPT to contact and confirm usage to protect Customer interests.
• Customers are responsible for confidentiality and retention of all usage activities under their registered name, password, and email account. Customers must promptly notify FPT of unauthorized use, abuse, or security breaches for proper handling.
• When collecting information, FPT will notify Customers participating on the website:
  • If Customers agree to provide information: they may create an account to use website features within the agreed scope.
  • If Customers do not agree: no rights or obligations are established with the website.
• Personal identification information: During website usage, FPT may request certain personal information to contact or identify Customers (“Personal Information”), including but not limited to name, country of residence, email address, and website address.
• Non-personal identification information: When Customers use goods/services (via computer, mobile, TV, or internet-connected devices), we collect usage-related information including but not limited to IP address, browser type, previously visited pages, and search information.
• When Customers use utilities or tools offered by us, we may record data related to those activities, tool usage, or related accounts.
• Like many websites, we use cookies to collect information. Customers may configure browsers to reject cookies or prompt before accepting cookies. However, rejecting cookies may limit some website or service features.
• We may provide links in a format that allows us to track link usage.
• Account deletion guidance:
  • When Customers delete an account on the website, FPT will remove all customer data in the system immediately. Customers should note this action is irreversible and data cannot be restored.
  • If Customers decide to delete their account and revoke access to the corresponding application, they may request account deletion from FPT’s systems.
  • FPT will provide account deletion guidance within 5 working days from receiving the request.

ARTICLE 3. SCOPE OF INFORMATION USE

We highly value Customer information privacy and commit not to use Customer information for purposes that do not benefit Customers. We do not trade or exchange confidential Customer information with third parties. However, in certain special circumstances, we may reasonably share Customer information when:

• Customer consent is obtained.
• It is necessary to protect the rights of FPT and FPT partners, and disclosure is lawful under Vietnamese law.
• Required by competent government authorities in accordance with Vietnamese law.

In some cases where sharing information with another party is necessary (for example, third-party-sponsored promotions), we will notify Customers in advance. Customers have the right to decide whether to consent to sharing information or participation.

ARTICLE 4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

FPT stores Personal Information provided by Customers on internal systems during service delivery or until the collection purpose is fulfilled, or upon Customer request to delete provided information.

ARTICLE 6. MEANS AND TOOLS FOR CUSTOMERS TO ACCESS AND EDIT THEIR PERSONAL DATA

Customers may exercise these rights by directly accessing the website or contacting us via email/contact information published on cloudconnect.vn.

ARTICLE 7. COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURITY

• We commit to ensuring information security for Customers registering personal data with us. We do not exchange or sell Customer information for commercial purposes. Any sharing and use of Customer information is performed according to our security policy.
• For better protection, we recommend Customers limit automatic login, manage password backups carefully, and always sign out on shared devices. We are not responsible for personal data leakage caused by these factors.
• This policy applies only to information Customers register on cloudconnect.vn. Information registered on other websites/addresses is outside the scope of this policy.

ARTICLE 8. INFORMATION PROTECTION MEASURES

• We use security measures designed to protect Customer information from unauthorized access and disclosure.
• We do not use, transfer, provide, or disclose personal information to any third party without Customer consent.
• Although necessary safeguards are implemented, we cannot absolutely guarantee that all personal information and private communications are always secure. If the server system is attacked causing risk or loss of personal data, FPT is responsible for promptly notifying competent authorities for investigation and handling, and notifying Customers in accordance with law.

ARTICLE 9. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

In some unintended cases, the website may contain links to other websites or data sources. Customers are solely responsible for using these links. FPT does not verify content, accuracy, or opinions on linked sites/sources and disclaims legal responsibility for accuracy, displayed content, safety level, or presentation/hidden information on such sites/sources.

ARTICLE 10. LINKS FROM OTHER WEBSITES

FPT does not permit any internet service provider to “frame” or “embed” any part of this website into another site, or use techniques that alter the default interface/display of cloudconnect.vn without FPT’s consent.

ARTICLE 11. DISCLAIMER

• Information displayed on this website does not come with any warranty or commitment from FPT regarding suitability of products/services selected by Customers.
• FPT disclaims responsibility or warranty that the website will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that information will always be accurate, complete, and timely.
• By accessing this website, Customers agree that FPT, other providers, affiliates, and their staff are not liable for injury, loss, claims, direct or indirect damages, foreseeable or consequential, arising from: (a) use of information on this website; (b) access/links from this website; (c) membership registration, newsletter registration, or participation in FPT customer programs.

ARTICLE 12. GENERAL TERMS

• This Policy may be updated, amended, or supplemented at any time in accordance with applicable law without prior notice or approval. Continued use of services after publication of amendments means Customer acceptance of those changes.
• This Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with Vietnamese law.
• This Policy represents the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements (written, oral, or otherwise) regarding the matters herein.
• For personal data protection purposes under applicable law, this Policy also applies to contracts, agreements, and documents signed before, during, and after this Policy takes effect.
• If any provision of this Policy is held invalid by a competent court, that provision shall become void and non-binding; however, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• This Policy is publicly published by FPT on the website for transparency. The Parties confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to all rights, obligations, and terms in this Policy. By signing contracts/agreements/documents that reference this Policy, the Parties commit they have obtained full consent from data subjects for provision, processing, and control of personal data throughout transaction and contract performance, and commit compliance with personal data protection requirements in this Policy. This Policy is an inseparable part of contracts/agreements/documents that reference it.
