GENERAL POLICIES AND TERMS
FPT CLOUD CONNECT is an advanced enterprise solution that provides dedicated connectivity to cloud services in a simple, efficient, and secure manner, based on the most popular cloud providers in the market today. The service is owned by FPT International Telecom Company Limited, a leading telecommunications company in Vietnam.
The website cloudconnect.vn is operated by FPT International Telecom Company Limited and is built to provide customers with information about private connectivity between global cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI and enterprise data center or office environments, enabling safer connectivity, guaranteed cloud bandwidth, and a more stable network experience than normal Internet connectivity.
The terms and conditions in this General Policies and Terms document establish the legal relationship between FPT International Telecom Company Limited (hereinafter “FPT”) and users of services provided on cloudconnect.vn (hereinafter “Customers”).
I. PRINCIPLES OF USE
1. Acceptance of terms
Customers may access and use services on cloudconnect.vn (hereinafter “FPT CLOUD CONNECT”) by any means (computer, phone, TV, or other Internet-connected devices). By accessing and using the Service, Customers agree to all terms published on this website.
To ensure legal compliance, terms on FPT CLOUD CONNECT may be amended or updated at any time. FPT is responsible for clearly publishing all revisions and additions on the website or official communication channels.
2. Nature of displayed information
Content displayed on cloudconnect.vn is intended to provide information about products and services offered by FPT. Other related information for customer reference is provided with clear source attribution.
II. SERVICE ONBOARDING
- Step 1: Customers can contact via email/hotline on cloudconnect.vn to register for service information.
- Step 2: FPT will provide the contract and implementation information and support Customers in using FPT CLOUD CONNECT.
III. WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE POLICY
FPT will provide warranty and maintenance policies in the contract signed with the Customer, depending on the Customer’s needs and the tailored service model.
IV. INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
During the use of FPT CLOUD CONNECT, we may request Customers to provide certain personal identification information for contact or identification purposes (“Personal Information”). To ensure website safety and information security, FPT CLOUD CONNECT complies with the Information Security Policy and Personal Data Protection Policy on this website.
V. COMPLAINT RECEIPT AND RESOLUTION PROCESS
1. FPT receives and resolves Customer complaints according to the process shown in the flowchart below. Support, receipt, and complaint handling apply only to accounts that have been registered with complete, truthful, and accurate information.

VI. PROHIBITED ACTIONS WHEN USING FPT CLOUD CONNECT
When using FPT CLOUD CONNECT, Customers must not perform the following actions:
- Use FPT CLOUD CONNECT to collect information of other Customers.
- Advertise any products in any form, including but not limited to sending promotional messages, invitations, chain letters, or investment opportunities.
- Directly or indirectly use any device, software, website, or other means to remove, alter, bypass, evade, obstruct, or destroy any copyright, trademark, or other ownership signs marked on the Content (such as logos), or any data control systems, protective devices, content protection measures, or geographic access restrictions.
- Directly or indirectly use any device, software, website, or other means to copy, download, capture, reproduce, replicate, store, distribute, upload, publish, modify, translate, broadcast, display, sell, transmit, or retransmit content.
- Create, reproduce, distribute, or promote any part of any content without FPT’s consent. Customers are not allowed to build business models using the Content, whether for profit or not. Content mentioned on cloudconnect.vn includes but is not limited to text, graphics, images, layout, interface, icons, audio/video material, and still images. We also prohibit creating derivative products or materials based on any content, including films, similar videos, wallpapers, desktop themes, greeting cards, and merchandise.
- Impersonate organizations or individuals and distribute false or misleading information on cloudconnect.vn that infringes lawful rights and interests of organizations or individuals.
- Use any program, tool, or method to interfere with the FPT CLOUD CONNECT system.
Customers are fully responsible before FPT and the law for any of the above actions.
VII. CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
1. Customer rights:
- The right to request the administration team to verify information to resolve disputes arising during the use of information and utilities at cloudconnect.vn.
- The right to have Customer information protected according to the Information Security Policy published on this website.
2. Customer obligations:
- Comply with these General Policies and Terms and relevant legal regulations.
- Be responsible for the information content stored, provided, or transmitted by the Customer via social networks or direct links set up by the Customer.
- Protect account information. If such information is disclosed in any manner not caused by FPT, the Customer accepts related risks. In case of dispute, FPT may rely on account information currently available and is not liable for resulting losses.
- Immediately notify FPT of any unauthorized use of account credentials or any security breach. Customers are fully responsible for protecting login credentials and must properly log out after each use. FPT is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorized access or use by the Customer and/or third parties.

- Customers may be subject to administrative sanctions or criminal liability under applicable laws if they violate copyright or related rights when using this FPT CLOUD CONNECT website.
- Strictly comply with all prohibited actions and content exchange rules specified in these General Policies and Terms.
- Perform other rights and obligations under applicable laws.
VIII. FPT RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
1. FPT rights:
- Provide Customer information when requested by competent state authorities.
- Apply sanctions as agreed.
2. FPT obligations:
- Ensure confidentiality of private and personal Customer information, and inform Customers about rights, responsibilities, and risks when storing, exchanging, and sharing information online.
- Ensure Customer decision rights under law when permitting personal information to be shared with organizations, enterprises, or individuals.
- Receive and resolve Customer complaints arising during the use of FPT CLOUD CONNECT according to the published complaint-handling process.
IX. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
If risks or damages arise due to force majeure events including but not limited to power surges, hardware/software failures, Internet transmission incidents, or natural disasters, Customers accept associated risks and damages. FPT commits to reasonable efforts to mitigate such impacts. No party shall bear liability arising from force majeure events.
X. DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FPT, its affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, proceedings, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to Customer violations of these General Policies and Terms.
XI. GENERAL TERMS
- FPT’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver, and such rights and provisions remain fully effective for FPT.
- Provisions in these General Policies and Terms are independent and severable. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it shall be adjusted to the extent necessary to become valid and enforceable. If adjustment is not possible, that provision shall be removed, and the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
- These General Policies and Terms are governed by and interpreted under Vietnamese law. If disputes arise in implementation or interpretation, the parties commit to good-faith negotiation in a cooperative and prudent manner. If no agreement is reached, the Customer or FPT may submit the dispute to a competent court under applicable law.
- These General Policies and Terms were last updated on 02/02/2026.
- These General Policies and Terms are binding on Customers from the moment Customers agree during account registration.
